Question 1.                           What if my jewelry breaks?

Answer                   kobekraft will repair any of its creations that might break within 90 days, free of charge, except for the cost of shipping.  Anytime thereafter, kobekraft will always repair any piece for a reasonable charge.  Just contact kobekraft to discuss the problem.

Question 2.                           What is your return policy?

Answer.                  For the first 30 days after you purchase your jewelry, no questions asked, kobekraft will accept a return for full refund, except for shipping costs.

Question 3.                           Do you make custom jewelry?

Answer.                  kobekraft will attempt to make any design you might suggest, or use any beads you prefer, if they are in inventory or can be found , upon mutual agreement of kobekraft and your satisfaction.
